What you're signing up for
- Program: OxelLab Assistant account & service notifications. This is not a marketing program — we don't send promotions.
- Messages you'll get: one-time login codes, summaries of calls your assistant answered, appointment and setup notifications, and billing notices.
- Frequency: varies with your usage — typically one message per call your assistant handles, plus occasional account notices.
- Cost: we don't charge for texts, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email support@oxellab.com.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and we never share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

- “OxelLab: your assistant took a call from (864) 555-0148 — Maria asked about a quote for a kitchen remodel. Callback requested today. Reply STOP to opt out.”

- “OxelLab: your March invoice is $141.00 for 141 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Customers who use the assistant in Russian or Ukrainian get these messages in their own language:
- “OxelLab: ассистент принял звонок от (864) 555-0148 — спрашивали смету на ремонт кухни, просили перезвонить сегодня. STOP — отписаться.”
- “OxelLab: рахунок за березень — $141.00 за 141 хвилину. STOP — відписатися.”
Other ways people opt in
You can also text us first — an inbound message from your number is consent for us to reply within that conversation. Nothing else counts as opting in: creating an account, buying, or using the service does not subscribe you to these messages, and we never bundle this consent into our Terms or any other agreement.
