These terms cover text messages sent by the OxelLab Assistant Service.
We send account-related (transactional) messages such as one-time login codes, call summaries, setup and billing notifications. This is not a marketing program.
You can opt in on our SMS opt-in page: enter your mobile number, tick the consent box, and confirm the number by entering the code we text you. We record the exact wording you agreed to, along with the date, time and your confirmation.
You also opt in when you text us first — an inbound message from your number is consent for us to reply within that conversation.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and it is never bundled into our Terms or any other agreement: creating an account or using the Service does not subscribe you to these messages. We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Frequency varies with your usage (e.g. one summary per call). Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@oxellab.com. Opting out of transactional messages may limit the Service (e.g. you won't receive login codes). Reply START to opt back in.
