You're trusting us with your phone line and your customers' details. Here's how we handle that.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your account is by one-time SMS code — no password to leak. Your calls, transcripts, summaries and contacts are visible only to you in your dashboard.
Recording is off by default. When you enable it, your assistant announces the recording at the start of the call. Some states require all parties to consent to recording — see our Call Recording Notice. You own your recordings and can delete them anytime.
We send transactional texts (login codes, call summaries, billing). Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details in our SMS & Messaging Terms.
We keep your data only as long as needed to run the service. You can delete recordings, transcripts and contacts from your dashboard, and request full account deletion — see the Privacy Policy.
We rely on a small set of reputable providers to deliver the service: Twilio (telephony/SMS), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (voice), Anthropic (the AI model), and Google (calendar). They process data only to provide their part of the service. Card billing, when live, is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
You control how your assistant is used. Please follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable calling/recording and messaging laws (including obtaining any consent required in your and your callers' states).
