This policy explains cancellation and refunds for the Service.
The Service is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us; a dedicated number is released at the end of the current period, and you won't be charged for it again.
Per-minute charges are for talk time already used and are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it.
The $10/month number fee is billed for the period; partial months are generally not prorated unless required by law.
