Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OxelLab LLC (“OxelLab”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OxelLab Assistant AI phone-receptionist service (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account data — your phone number, name or business name, language, timezone, and carrier.
• Call data — caller phone numbers, call metadata (time, duration), transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and, only if you enable it, call recordings.
• Messaging data — SMS you send to or receive from the Service (e.g. login codes, summaries).
• Calendar & contacts — events the Service reads or creates on your connected Google Calendar, and contacts you save.
• Billing data — usage (minutes) and, when card billing launches, payment details handled by our processor (we do not store card numbers).

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service (answer and place calls, book appointments, send summaries and notifications), to bill usage, to provide support, to secure the Service and prevent abuse, and to comply with law.

Sub-processors

We share data with providers who help deliver the Service: Twilio (telephony/SMS), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Anthropic (AI model), Google (calendar), and, for card billing, Stripe. They process data only to perform their function.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/billing obligations. You can delete recordings, transcripts and contacts from your dashboard, and request account deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your state (e.g. California/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at support@oxellab.com. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
