These Terms govern your use of the OxelLab Assistant Service provided by OxelLab LLC. By using the Service you agree to them.
You must be 18+ and use the Service for a lawful business purpose. You sign in with your phone number via a one-time code and are responsible for activity on your account.
Usage is billed per minute of call time. An optional dedicated number is $10/month. Charges are shown in your dashboard. Plans are month-to-month; you can cancel anytime. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable telemarketing, calling, recording, and messaging laws.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record or handle calls in your and your callers' jurisdictions. See the Call Recording Notice.
We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for missed calls, downtime, or third-party (carrier, provider) failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
